Caroline is our associate in France and has vast experience in managing operations in French and international manufacturing companies. Her experience includes Supply Chain Management and is an expert in designing, planning and scheduling international supply chains to make them competitive. Her passion is to help companies from going bankrupt. She is the author of the best selling Demand Driven detective novel "The Missing Links"

Daniela Dias

Daniela is our associate in Brazil and has vast experience in personal development, emotional intelligence, communication for change and leadership. She comes highly recommended and has been classed as a master in communication and professional coaching. Her passion is help people finding their personal power and develop their skills focused on their goals, mission, and vision.

Eva Hyllstam

Eva is the co-founder and owner of Global Leadership, as well as, the CEO and Owner of World Trade Center in Gothenburg, which is one of 330 centers in the worldwide World Trade Center Association. At the age of 21, she became an entrepreneur and has been conducting leadership development training since 1998. Her passion is to help Swedish and International companies to be successful.

Ingela Berggren

Ingela has a genuine interest in people and their personal development. She has been running her own company dealing mainly in the "soft" issues in leadership and employee ownership. Customers and participants describe Ingela as open, serious, down to earth, creating security, good feedback, challenging and knowledgeable.

James Leong

James is our associate in Singapore and conducts training in Singapore, India and China. As a pioneer in life and executive coaching using the Enneagram and NLP, James Leong is the first to bring Dr. Claudio Naranjo’s Psychology of the 27 Enneagram Personality Types to Singapore. Since 1997, James has trained delegates ranging from Directors to frontline personnel. James’ unique strength is in his ability to model the successful strategies of NLP Master Trainers

Johanna Ottosson

Johanna is the co-founder of Global Leadership and has been involved with NLP practical and Master training since 2007. She conducts training in Sweden in both English and Swedish. Her passion is helping companies and their leaders in Change Management.

Per Hamström

Per Hamström has been working with leadership development since 1991. He conducts training and coaching in both English and Swedish. He has broad experience in managerial roles including being responsible for the development of leaders at several companies. Per is highly appreciated as a coach and team developer in change management.

Per-Erik Persson

Per-Erik is a confident and committed organization developer with a genuine interest in people. He liberally shares his expertise in how to conduct meetings and processes in such a way that captures the interest of the attendants and creates a feeling of participation. Per-Erik has formerly worked with individual and group development, as a publisher and staff representative in the board of directors of a bank. He has been commended both as being an analytical concept developer and a communicative storyteller. He is motivated by promoting the perspectives and voices of those who are not often heard.

Yukari Horiguchi is our associate in Japan and is the CEO of CPI - Communication Psychology International. Her passion is to help managers and team leaders to connect with their teams through communication, delegating, goals setting and giving feedback.
