Annette is our associate in Denmark. She has coached and taught hundreds of managers in coaching and she has special expertise in developing managers and management teams based on the business' goals and needs. In order to create sustainable changes, she works in the tension between strategy, culture and management and she has a focus on, and an ability to make things happen - she is passionate about creating transformation.

Bert Cherian

Based in Bangalore, India, Bert's focus areas are strategy, innovation, dream teams, and decision-making. With over 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur in advertising, direct marketing, call center, IT, corporate training, and logistics. He holds a master's degree in management and has authored 7 books on coaching and business.

Caroline Mondon

Caroline is our associate in France and has vast experience in managing operations in French and international manufacturing companies. Her experience includes Supply Chain Management and is an expert in designing, planning and scheduling international supply chains to make them competitive. Her passion is to help companies from going bankrupt. She is the author of the best selling Demand Driven detective novel "The Missing Links"

Catrine Modig

Catrine Modig is our associate in California, USA, and has a solid background in group development across various industries, including the Swedish Armed Forces, governmental agencies, and international corporate environments. Catrine thrives best when she inspires and supports individuals and teams on their journey to understand and implement the Swedish leadership model in a global context.

Christophe Kittel

Christophe is our associate in Denmark and works with coaching. His strength lies in the ability to combine "global corporate life" experiences from his career with his coaching skills. He coaches in Danish, French and English and has an interest in systemic team coaching, coaching in organizations and cross-cultural coaching. Christophe is passionate about provoking the revelation of hidden potential in leaders and in organizations with the aim of maximizing results and creating growth.

Charlotta Brynger

Charlotta is our associate in Gothenburg and is a cross-cultural expert. After having lived abroad for 16 years she has developed several tools for making the most of intercultural collaboration. Charlotta is passionate abut helping organizations achieve smooth and productive international collaborations and integrate intercultural factors into the strategies of international businesses.

Daniela Dias

Daniela is our associate in Brazil and has vast experience in personal development, emotional intelligence, communication for change and leadership. She comes highly recommended and has been classed as a master in communication and professional coaching. Her passion is help people finding their personal power and develop their skills focused on their goals, mission, and vision.

Dorothea Schander

Dorothea, our sales and marketing manager at Global Leadership, contributes her expertise and innovative thinking to the growth of our organization. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Gothenburg in Media, Aesthetics & Cultural Entrepreneurship. Her passions include creativity and a constant pursuit of learning and development. At Global Leadership, she has the opportunity to combine the best of both worlds.

Eva Hyllstam

Eva is the co-founder and owner of Global Leadership, as well as, the CEO and Owner of World Trade Center in Gothenburg, which is one of 330 centers in the worldwide World Trade Center Association. At the age of 21, she became an entrepreneur and has been conducting leadership development training since 1998. Her passion is to help Swedish and International companies to be successful.

Ingela Berggren

Ingela has a genuine interest in people and their personal development. She has been running her own company dealing mainly in the "soft" issues in leadership and employee ownership. James Leong

James is our associate in Singapore and conducts training in Singapore, India and China. As a pioneer in life and executive coaching using the Enneagram and NLP, James Leong is the first to bring Dr. Claudio Naranjo’s Psychology of the 27 Enneagram Personality Types to Singapore. Since 1997, James has trained delegates ranging from Directors to frontline personnel. James’ unique strength is in his ability to model the successful strategies of NLP Master Trainers

Jessica Keller

Jessica joined our team in 2022 after working in various leadership roles and as an HR manager. She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management driven by her interest in emotional intelligence and leadership development. Her passion is to equip leaders in creating holistically thriving businesses.

Johan Amborg

Johan is our associate in Gothenburg and has over 25 years of experience providing support to managers, executive teams, group management, boards, and project managers. He also has extensive experience in business, team, and leadership development within the corporate sector, business enterprises, governmental agencies, municipalities, and county councils.

Johanna Ottosson

Johanna is the co-founder of Global Leadership and has been involved with NLP practical and Master training since 2007. She conducts training in Sweden in both English and Swedish. Her passion is helping companies and their leaders in Change Management.

Urban Lambertson

Urban is our associate in Stockholm and is an experienced leadership consultant. He has worked with leadership development in companies such as Ericsson and in the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration. His passion is to help leaders excel in their roles and build successful companies.

Yukari Horiguchi

Yukari Horiguchi is our associate in Japan and is the CEO of CPI - Communication Psychology International. Her passion is to help managers and team leaders to connect with their teams through communication, delegating, goals setting and giving feedback.
