Global Leadership collaborates with Felicia Wolontis, a PhD student in Development Psychology at Clark University, USA.
Felicia has a M.Sc. in Psychology from Lunds University, Sweden, where she carried out a year long study of high-achieving women in the Swedish workplace, and a B.A. in Organisational Psychology from the American University of Paris, France. She has years of experience working with senior executives and specialists from different business areas and is the author of the series ‘How to become an Exceptional Performer’. She is the founder and owner of Exceptional Performance Enterprise.
